i know how i feel

I have a strong feeling when the day i went to pray at a few temple.

i pray hard to be a happy person.

i want to be happy everyday

I don't want to drop any tears anymore !
but my heart full of scariness

i am so scare .

all the memories went back to my brain

keep on remind me every single word from your mouth ~
my mind will appear all these when i close my eye everynight ~
can't really sleep well.

i feel so hurt and scare. i am so scare

i just cant solve this phobia.
